Information We Collect From You

When you visit our website or submit an inquiry about Vanuatu citizenship by investment programs, we collect several types of information. This includes personal details you provide directly, such as your name, email address, phone number, nationality, and any other information you include in contact forms or consultation requests. We also automatically collect technical information through your browser, including your IP address, device type, browser type, operating system, referring URLs, pages viewed, and the dates and times of your visits.

We use the information we collect for several purposes related to providing our services:

• To respond to your inquiries about Vanuatu citizenship and passport programs

• To provide you with information about our services and relevant program updates
• To improve our website functionality and user experience
• To communicate with you about your application or consultation requests
• To comply with legal obligations and prevent fraud
• To analyze website traffic and usage patterns for business intelligence purposes

Legal Grounds for Processing Your Data

We process your personal information based on several legal grounds depending on how you interact with us. When you submit an inquiry or request our services, we process your data based on our legitimate business interests in responding to potential clients and providing information about citizenship programs. Where we need to perform a contract with you or take steps at your request before entering into a contract, this serves as our legal basis. In some cases, we may process data based on your explicit consent, which you can withdraw at any time. We also process certain information to comply with legal obligations under applicable data protection and financial regulations.

Disclosure to Third Parties

We may share your personal information with selected third parties in specific circumstances. This includes authorized agents and representatives of the Vanuatu Citizenship Commission when processing applications, professional advisors such as lawyers and accountants who assist with citizenship applications, service providers who help us operate our website and business (including hosting providers, email services, and analytics platforms), and law enforcement or regulatory authorities when required by law. We require all third parties to maintain appropriate security measures and to process your personal information only as we instruct them. We do not sell your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes.

Cross-Border Data Transfers

Given the international nature of citizenship by investment programs, your personal information may be transferred to and processed in countries outside your country of residence, including Vanuatu, the European Union, the United States, and other jurisdictions where our service providers operate. These countries may have data protection laws that differ from those in your jurisdiction. When we transfer your information internationally, we implement appropriate safeguards to protect your data, including standard contractual clauses approved by relevant data protection authorities and ensuring that recipients maintain adequate data protection standards.

Data Retention Periods

We retain your personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected and to comply with legal, regulatory, and business requirements. Generally, we retain inquiry and consultation information for up to three years after your last interaction with us, unless you become a client, in which case we retain your information for the duration of our relationship and for seven years thereafter to comply with legal and regulatory obligations. Technical and analytics data is typically retained for up to two years. You may request deletion of your information at any time, subject to our legal obligations to retain certain records.
